Due to recent growth, Calibre LLP Chartered Professional Accountants is currently seeking to fulfill both Staff and Senior Accountant positions to join our team in Guelph, Ontario.

Ideal candidates would have an entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a desire for professional growth within the practice with possible long-term goals of partnership.  Experience in public accounting is an asset for qualified candidates but not necessarily required.


Positions available for CPA’s and CPA students
 

Responsibilities

 

  • Preparation of notice to reader, review, and audit engagement working paper files
  • Other client service engagements as needed
  • Attending and contributing to client meetings
  • Performing engagements on client site

 

Experience and Skills

 

  • CPA designation achieved through public accounting preferred
  • Experience with performing assurance engagements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Ability to work in an open office space team environment
  • Professional demeanor with colleagues and clients
